Shipping & Handling
Domestic Shipping:
We will only ship to the credit card billing address for credit card purchases, and the credit must be a US issued credit card with a U.S. billing address.
We will always attempt to ship your order immediately, although
it can take up to 5 business days (do not count weekends) to
process, especially during busy holidays. Orders are processed
and shipped Tuesday through Friday 9-3pm pst, any order received after 3pm will be processed the following business day.
Standard Delivery
Domestic accessories orders are shipped with the US Post Office
2-3 day Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Somebody
must sign or pick up your package at the Post Office in person.
All returned and refused orders must prepay for redelivery,
see terms and conditions for further information. Domestic
styrofoam head, wig boxes & jumbo braid orders are shipped
with the US Post Office 7-10 day parcel post with delivery
confirmation. For these items (styrofoam heads, wig boxes
& jumbo braids) and additional $6.00 will be added for
every 4 pieces ordered. This additonal rate will be added
to the normal shipping rate, which is based on 6 pieces, due
to size limitations.

Express Delivery
Call or email us before selecting express delivery, as we must verify that the order can be shipped overnight. Overnight shipping is an additional $25.00 for up to 2lbs. For orders weighing over 2lbs, add an additional $25.00 + $3.00 per pound.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands will require shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air ($65.00) e-mail us with your order and location for delivery information.
International Shipping and Handling:
All international orders must be paid by PayPal
International fashion accessories orders are shipped with US Postal Global Service. Once an order has left our warehouse we assume no further responsibility. Tracking is not available for International orders.
For styrofoam head and jumbo braids orders an additional $10.00 is applied to the current accessories delivery charge due to size & weight limitations on international delivery.
